We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to oversee our youth department at Arise Church. The Youth Lead will develop the youth programme to help accomplish the church's mission and vision.
To ensure success in this role you need to perform a wide range of duties in a manner that reflects and supports the culture, ethos and spiritual basis of Arise Church. Ideal applicants should be capable leaders, spiritually mature and well-organised.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Overseeing the youth department at Arise Church

Develop youth worker volunteers

Support and implement youth activities for both ministry and missionary opportunities

Carrying out the mission and vision of the church

Propose and manage youth budgets

Assist in the development of an intern programme
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES

Evidential relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity

Experience in leading teams and working with young people
