2.We are a work in progress- No one has made it yet and we all have things we can learn. Therefore, we are committed to growth, in ourselves and others.

3.we are 'all in' - We live wholeheartedly for the cause of Jesus and His Church. We give everything to facilitate people's encounter with Jesus Christ.

4.we don't do spotlights - This is not about you! Our mission is not determined by ego or insecurity; we do whatever it takes to bring people to the feet of the One who brings abundant life.

5.we aim high - Everything we do is for Christ, therefore we do it excellently because that is the only appropriate response to His best given to us.

6.we live on the edge - We don't settle for comfort. If God says ‘go’ we go; operating in faith in God's promises, seeing those promises fulfilled through our obedience to Him. 

7.we have open curtains - What you see is what you get, there are no masks here!

8.we are in this together - The Biblical image of the Church is that of a body. In order for us to do everything God is calling us to do we need each other.  

9.we are generous - It’s not what we do it’s who we are. We have been blessed in all aspects of our lives so that everyone benefits. Generosity reflects God’s heart toward us.

10.we are cadbury world, not pick 'n' mix - We will not try to be all things to all people. We want you to join us on this adventure. Our mission is simple, our culture is clear and our purpose is definite.
